Another option includes the Lemon Sherbert, a delightfully sweet and sour, syrupy concoction to tantalise the taste buds.
Gin Based - From £8.95:
Are you a gin lover? We have four fabulous gin based cocktails to dive into. Our Beneath The City cocktail is a highlight and crafted in reference to our unique underground location. This original concoction of Beefeater gin and vermouth is enhanced by our beautiful, homemade honey and chamomile syrup. A testament to the skills of our brilliant team, this is a guaranteed delight.
Rum Based - From £8.70:
If you have a penchant for rum, you might like the tropical taste of our Mai Tai cocktail. This is a traditional, tempting Tiki blend of cherry spiced rum, apricot liqueur and pineapple juice among other delicious ingredients. Forget Newcastle and the shores of a hot, holiday location are another sip away with our Chilli and Mango Caipirinha. A frenzy of vibrant flavours is derived from sweet cachaca, fresh limes and our homemade chilli bitters.
Whisky Based - From £8.95:
The W.C. Newcastle's take on an Old Fashioned cocktail is our warming Cinnamon and Rosemary Old Fashion drink. The distinct taste of Four Roses Bourbon is enhanced with bitters, a cinnamon stick and a gorgeously aromatic rosemary sprig. With three more options, our whisky based cocktails will cause a stirring of emotions when trying to choose just one.

Add some sparkle to your life with seven of our heavenly Sparkling Spritzes to pick from. Our Rose & Rhubarb spritz is as gorgeous to look at as it is to taste. Adorned with colourful hibiscus flowers, this fusion enriches the palette with Lillet Rose and Rhubarb liqueur and delicious lemonade bubbles.
